How much does it cost?: At Carlito's we use premium cuts such as brisket, pork shoulder, and fresh chicken and fresh local produce. Prices range from $18-26 all you can eat tacos pp/ depending on menu and size of party. There are also other value-driven options contact for more information.
What kind of events do you cater?: We cater private parties, weddings, corporate events, birthdays, school events, fundraisers, and festivals. If people are hungry, we’re there.
How far in advance should I book?: We recommend booking 1-2 months in advance, especially for weekends. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible—reach out and we’ll try to make it happen.
Will taco wagon fit in my driveway??: Absolutely. Our compact trailer is less then 15 feet long, making it easy to fit in most standard driveways with no hassle.
Is there a minimum guest count or spend?: Yes. We have a minimum spend depending on the day, time, and location. This ensures proper staffing and food quality. Contact us for exact pricing.
How long do you serve food at an event?: Most events include 3 hours of service, which is usually perfect for guest flow. Additional time can be provided if needed.
